1. General Provisions

1.1 Personal Data
Personal data refers to information that can directly or indirectly identify a user. We adhere to the principle of data minimization and avoid collecting personal information as much as possible.

1.2 Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is only used to establish, execute, or manage the contractual relationship (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR). Any other use requires your explicit consent (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR) or must be justified by a legitimate interest, provided that this interest does not outweigh your fundamental rights (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR). We use subcontractors for data processing but generally do not disclose personal information to third parties unless it is necessary for contract execution, such as for order delivery or payment processing.

1.3 Usage Data
When visiting our website, certain technical information is collected, such as IP address, access time, visit duration, browser type, and referring page. This data is automatically and anonymously recorded for statistical analysis without any link to personal data.

1.4 Retention Period
Personal data is stored as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations, particularly in tax matters.

2. Your Rights

2.1 Right of Access
You have the right to know if we process your personal data and, if so, to obtain a copy along with detailed information as stated in Art. 15 of the GDPR.

2.2 Right to Rectification
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request its correction in accordance with Art. 16 of the GDPR.

2.3 Right to Erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data in certain cases, particularly if it is no longer necessary or if you withdraw your consent. However, this right does not apply if the data is necessary for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

2.4 Right to Restriction of Processing
You may request the restriction of processing your data if you contest its accuracy or if you have legitimate objections to its use.

2.5 Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance.

2.6 Right to Withdraw Consent
If the processing of your data is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

2.7 Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if you believe that your rights are not being respected.

3. Data Security

3.1 Security Measures
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

3.2 Cookies and Sessions
We use cookies and server sessions to improve the user experience. Some cookies are deleted at the end of your session (session cookies), while others remain stored on your device to recognize your browser during future visits (persistent cookies). You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the site may be limited.

4. Presence on Social Media

We use social media platforms to interact with our customers and promote our services. We refer to their own privacy policies for any information concerning the processing of personal data:

  • Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) - Privacy Policy

  • YouTube (Google LLC) - Privacy Policy

These platforms may collect and process personal data outside the EU. We have no control over these processes and refer to the privacy policies of the respective platforms.
